Privacy policy
Last updated — July 2026
This policy covers meetwaza.com — a pre-launch site with a waitlist. We collect very little, and this page explains all of it.
Who we are
Waza is operated from the United Kingdom. For anything about this policy or your data, email hello@meetwaza.com and a human will reply.
What we collect
- The email address you give us when you join the waitlist.
- Optional answers you choose to share after confirming, such as your role and company.
- The source of your signup — the page or campaign that brought you here, including any UTM tags.
- Basic cookieless analytics: aggregate page views and referrers, with no cross-site tracking and no personal profiles.
Why we collect it
One purpose: managing the waitlist and sending you product updates about Waza. Nothing else. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by unsubscribing or emailing us.
Double opt-in
When you sign up we send a single confirmation email. Until you click the link in it, your address is used only to send that confirmation — no updates, no marketing. If you never confirm, we never email you again.
Who processes your data
Three processors run the site for us: Supabase stores the waitlist, Resend delivers our emails, and Vercel hosts the site and its analytics. Your data may be processed in the EU or the US under standard contractual safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep your waitlist details until you receive a launch invite, or until you ask us to delete them — whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data at any time — just email hello@meetwaza.com. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link that works immediately.
What we never do
We don’t sell your data. We don’t use it to train shared AI models. We don’t run third-party ad tracking on this site.
